The pair of Jaiswal & Surin invited the lovely Thapar on a trip to Gorakhpur to visit a Buddhist temple, once there they held Thapar hostage and demanded 1,500,000 Rupees ($28,000) from her parents. When only $1000 was paid, they strangled Meenakshi, then proceeded to take more off the top than a nearsighted barber. Meenakshi’s body was dumped in a water tank and her head was thrown off a bus as the dimwitted duo tried to flee.
